济南市历城区产业发展战略分析.docx

摘 要
区域产业发展战略是一个地区产业发展的总纲,是指导地方经济可持续发展、提升区域核心竞争力的一个重要手段。近年来,济南市历城区的产业发展速度明显加快,急需一定的理论作指导。本文对历城区产业发展的战略作了初步的探讨,全文共分五个部分。
第一部分:绪论。主要阐述了论文选题的背景和意义、国内外的研究状况以及论文化研究的主要内容和方法。
第二部分:历城区产业发展战略环境分析。主要从政治、经济、社会文化、技术四个方面分析了历城区产业发展的宏观环境,分析了国内外产业发展的趋势和历城区产业结构的现状。
第三部分:历城区产业发展战略的构建。用SWOT分析法探讨了历城区产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,提出了历城区产业发展的理念及新型产业体系的内容。
第四部分:历城区产业发展战略的实施与保障。主要分析了历城区的产业布局特别是工业布局、产业集群的培育、产业发展的组织和发展战略实施的保障措施。
第五部分:结论与建议。对本文探讨的问题作了归纳总结,并就存在的问题提出了
建议。

Abstract
The Re画onal industrial development strategy is a general proFa【I:咀屺concerning
industry development in a region,which leads to sustainable economic development and
u瑚础regional petence。In recent years,the industry of Jinan Licheng district has
been developing more and more quickly;however it needs special theory to guide u唱enny.
The paper makes a preliminary exploration into industrial development strategy of Licheng
distriet,which is divided into five parts:
The first chapter,exordium,mainly introduces the research backdrops and meaning of
status of research both in躲abroad,and the main content and research
measures.
The second chapter,environmental analysis of industrial devdopment strategy in Licheng dis埘ct, analyses the macroeconomic environment,the trend of industrial developmant both ill and abroad,and the status ofindustrial structure in Licheng district·
The third chapter,the form of industrial development strategy in Licheng district,uses
SWOT matrix analysis to explore its Strength,Weaknees,Opportunity and Threat,thus put forward the notion and content ofits industrial development system.
The forth chapter,implementation and guarantee system of industrial development strategy in Licheng district,mianly analyse industrial layout,cultivating kndustry clusters,
organization of industrial development and guarantee syStem of carrying th。strategy Into
execution.
