摘要:在当今的市场环境下,企业进行财务分析的信息,对公司的经营决策、经营效果、资本运营、以及影响财务状况的原因进行剖析,能够让我们更全面客观的评价公司的营运活动、经营业绩和整体实力,为进一步的投资、融资决策以及日常管理控制提供了依据。此论文重点对西单商场2010年的资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表进行财务分析,让我们对西单商场的营运活动、经营业绩和整体实力有了客观的了解。最重要的是让我对怎样进行财务分析有了更具实践意义的认识。

西单商场简介
西单商场位于北京繁华的西单商业街,是一家具有70多年悠久历史,享誉京城、闻名全国的老字号商业企业。
1930年起,先后建成的厚德、福寿、益德、临时、惠德、福德六个商场统称为西单商场,是当时北京西半城的繁华商业中心。著名的表演艺术家侯宝林、郭全保、马连良、金少山、骆玉笙、魏喜奎等都曾在西单商场学艺和演出。
解放后,西单商场公私合营,成为统一管理的国营商场,并随着社会的发展,不断与时俱进。1972年,西单商场员工自行设计、施工,建起了"争气楼"──西单商场营业大楼。1978年正式对外营业后,成为北京市四大商场之一。
改革开放后,西单商场首创"引厂进店",率先实行承包制和进行内部体制机制改革,业绩位居全国商业企业前列。1991年,被北京
