计算机联锁系统是应用在铁路信号控制领域,用以保障行车安全和提高运输效率的控制系统。在中国铁路技术创新不断深化,迅速朝着高速化、重载化、大密度发展的今天,高速铁路、客运专线、大能力货运通道从无到有、不断增加的情况下,铁路运输对计算机联锁的安全性、可靠性提出了更高的要求,这就需要计算机联锁技术有一个突破性的发展以适应铁路运输发展的需要。本文阐述了计算机联锁系统上位机专用机化这一概念,将上位机拆分成不同功能的模块,每个模块作为网络上的一个节点进行通信,并且对每个模块都准备了两套设备,这样就使整个系统的可靠性大大提高,并且有效的防止了以前的上位机由于某个模块的故障而导致整机瘫痪的问题。
嵌入式Linux系统以其自身的高可靠性、可裁减性和很好的移植性在无论是家电市场、商用市场及工业市场都取得了非常广泛的应用。本文采用了嵌入式Linux+arm9处理器的开发平台,对上位机专用机化的显示部分进行开发。

Abstract
Computer-based interlocking system is the control system applied in thefield of railway signal control, which is used to protect traffic safety and enhancetransport efficiency.
With the rapid development of high-speed railway, railway transportation department has the higher requirements of technologic development to meet the needs of the development of rail transport.
In this paper, we expatiate a concept of customization of operating and display machine in puter-bassed interlock divide the operating and display machine into different functional modules, each unicated with others as a node in work, and two same equipments are prepared for each module, these measures enhanced the reliability of the whole system, and prevent the system into paralysis with the reason of some module's fault.
Thanks to its high reliability, customization and good replantment, embedded Linux system has universial application both in business and industry market. This paper's research based on the embedded Linux arm9 processor development board,and discuss the development methods of customization of operating and display machine.
