ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the national economy and the acceleration of urbanization, China's vehicle ownership and road traffic increase dramatically, along with the increasingly serious environmental problems caused. While green urban transport system as part of plex system, plays a key role in ecological city construction. And the modern city's development is inseparable from the unified and efficient transportation system, urban transport systems in large also restrict or promote the formation and transformation of the pattern of cities, and play a huge influence on urban morphology, ecology and socio-economic development model. It also es more and more important part of social concern to building "eco-town and green transportation" as important part of a harmonious society. On the one hand, Green traffic includes the internal transport system optimization problems; on the other hand Green traffic also includes the external system coordination and symbiosis problems on the transport system.
