Turbo-B 类池沸腾双侧强化管传热性能实验研究

摘要在蒸发温度为 5℃的工况下,对管径不同、结构类似的两种池沸腾水平强化换热管传热性能进行了实验研究。两种
管子均为内外双侧强化换热管,管外表面结构基本相同,同属于 Turbo-B 类强化换热表面,管内强化表面的结构也基本相同。
两种管子只是管径不同,一种是光段外径 25mm,另一种是 19mm。根据实验数据,利用威尔逊图解法获得管内外换热关联
式。得出结论:Turbo-B 类管件管径越小,管内换热性能越好,但管外换热性能略差,管外翅片尺寸对管外换热性能影响较
大。

Experimental Study of Boiling Heat Transfer on Doubly - enhanced Turbo-B Tubes

Abstract An experimental study of heat transfer on two types of horizontal pool boiling tubes with same
structure and different diameter was conducted at temperature of 5℃. The two types are enhanced both inside and
outside. The outer surface structure is basically the same, both belonging to the Turbo-B strengthen heat transfer
surface and the same reinforced inner only difference of them is their diameter .One of the diameter
in smooth tube xection is 25mm,the other is 19mm. According to the experimental data, the correlations of heat
transfer coefficient on tube inside and outside were obtained by using Wilson plot the conclusion: the
smaller tube diameter is the better inner surface heat transfer performance,while the worse outer surface heat
transfe
