万科广州PC项目位于广州市南沙行政中心南侧,东临规划控制红线宽度60米的凤凰大道,东北临规划控制红线宽度40米的金蕉大道,南临规划控制红线宽100米的虎门高速公路。
地块用地面积为134760平方米,其中排除部分天然湖面的面积,可建设面积约为101350平方米。整个小区总建筑面积:(计容积率面积),,绿地率为 %.含会所及高层洋房。其中E、F组团的建筑面积为103281平方米,有E1~E5、F1~F3栋住宅楼组成,E4、E5、F1为30层的住宅楼,其他为28层的住宅楼。
5栋高层建筑层数28层(地上28层,地下1层),,3栋高层建筑层数30层(地上30层,地下1层)。

4、运输道路:
本工程沿项目周边一圈,做坚实的C30、200mm厚钢筋砼路面,满足大型货车通行,运载PC构件,同时在道路两侧做好排水沟,满足施工工地在雨季能排尽积水。具体做法如下图:

5、现场堆放场地硬化施工:
为满足施工现场PC及PCF堆放,每平方米承重受力按2T计算,使地面不至发生塌陷,特做以下场地硬化,如图所示:
6、PC项目机械选择与布置:
本工程由8幢PC结构的高层E1-E5,F1-F5组成。根据图纸计算,,由于起重过程中构件存在晃动的情况,对构件的起重量影响很大,;同时,为保证对最大起重量留有一定的余地,保证施工安全;实际塔吊配置时的最远端最大起吊重量总体按照5T考虑。
