How did we meet the original objects
In a word, our investigation has achieved the aims we desired. Pre-set large goals which are analysis the recession of Nokia and the prospect of cooperate with Microsoft pleted and got a satisfactory conclusion. In the process of setting goals, we designed some objects. One of the objects, analysis pany’anisatoinal structure was given up, the reasons were: firstly, it’s difficult to collect data; then there is no much contact with big goals. So lack of this object will not affect the entire investigation. In addition, we have changed certain objects. Like analysis the sales volume of Nokia with WP7. Because we did not notice that the phone has not yet published, so we can not know the data. And this object has changed into another one which pare wp7 with other operating system. We believe this one would be fit the theme better.
In the investigation, we originally want to receive the primary data from a telephone interview. But consider of the given time of the interviewee, we had to give up. As a result, we chose questionnaires. Compare this method with telephone interview, it can be more objective. And we can obtain the more quantitative data needed. But in the other side, it spends more time, which including produce, find the test target, collect and sort out. We chose the places which the fluidity of people is not so fast as
