摘要
介绍了齿轮泵用于流量计量和流体输送时所具有的突出特点。对比了使用不同类型的交、直流电机作为齿轮泵驱动装置的特点和应用范围。阐述了影响齿轮泵流量精确性的决定性因素,并结合示例图对不同配置的齿轮泵计量系统的适用场合加以说明。根据内啮合齿轮泵结构设计和使用情况,指出齿轮轴径向变形是影响齿轮泵性能的主要因素。因此,在强度满足的条件下,模拟齿轮轴的实际受力状态建立试验系统,并与理论计算结果进行比较,验证了适合于内啮合齿轮泵的具有工程实用意义的齿轮轴挠度计算公式。

Abstract
The prominent characteristics of gear pump in application to flow metering and fluid transportation were introduced in this features and application scope of different alternating and direct- current motors used as the drive device of gear pump factors to determine the precision of flow metering of gear pump were stated,and with the example figures,the appropriate application conditions were described。According to the structural designing and using condition of internal gear pumps,it was pointed out the radial distortion
of gear shaft is the main factor that influences the performance of gear pumps. When the intensity was satisfied,the factual force state of gear shaft Was simulated and the experimental system Was established. The simulated results pared with the theoretic calculation results,it was validated that the calculational formula of flexibility of gear axis is suitable for the internal gear pumps.
