摘要
散尾葵(Chrysalidocarpuslutescens )叶枯病是散尾葵上的一种重要病害,该病严重影响了散尾葵的生长发育及其观赏价值。目前,国内对该病的防治报道较多,但还未查到对其病原物相关研究的报道,为了进一步做好防治工作,本文对该病害病原的鉴定及生物学特性进行了基础性研究。
散尾葵叶枯病病原主要危害散尾葵叶部,尤其是幼嫩叶尖,轻者使整片叶片干枯,重者会导致植株整株死亡。通过试验及相关资料显示,该病原菌为真菌门半知菌类,丝孢纲,丛梗孢目,丛梗孢科,帚梗柱孢属,帚梗柱枝菌(Cylindrocladium quinqueseptatu Figueredo)。该属真菌常引起植物焦枯病害(如桉树焦枯病Eucaly puts dicback)和根、茎腐败病(如水稻叶鞘腐败病Rice sheath rot)等,对种植农业、园艺行业等有较大影响。

Abstract
Chrysalidocarpus lutescens (Chrysalidocarpuslutescens )leaf blight is an important disease on the Chrysalidocarpus lutescens, Chrysalidocarpus lutescens the disease has seriously affected the growth and development and ornamental value. At present, there is no report on the prevention and treatment of disease, but has not yet found its coverage of pathogen research, in order to further improve relevant prevention and control work, this pathogen in the disease and the biological characteristics of the basic research .
Chrysalidocarpus lutescens leaf blight pathogen primarily affecting San Chrysalidocarpus lutescens leaves, especially the young tip,the light so that the entire piece dry leaves, weight of whole plant could cause death. By testing and related information, the pathogen fungus is Fungi Imperfect, Hyphomycetes, Moniliales, moniliaceae, Cylindrocladium,Cylindrocladium quinqueseptatu Figueredo . The fungi cause plant scorch diseases and more (such as Eucaly puts dicback) and the root and stem rot disease (such as Rice sheath rot) and so on for agricultural, horticultural industries have a greater impact.
