:目的:研究银芷颗粒剂的制备工艺。优选水提金银花中绿原酸含量的工艺条件。方法:以挥发油得油率和绿原酸的含量为检测指标,采用紫外分光光度法,以正交试验方法优选提取工艺,同时考察影响挥发油和绿原酸提取率的3个因素,即加水量(因素A)、浸泡时间(因素B)和提取时间(因素C);每个因素取三个水平。以休止角和堆密度为指标,对颗粒剂成形性进行考察。结果:,回流提取两次,第一次4h(收集挥发油),第二次1h,合并提取液;提取液于60℃~,按稠膏与辅料1:1加入糊精混合,制成软材,制粒,干燥,整
