珊瑚绒着色烂花印花产品的工艺实践

摘要: 介绍了珊瑚绒着色烂花印花的工艺流程、工艺参数和工艺配方,分析了产品大生产过程中,影响产品质量的关键因素
并提出了解决办法:筛选碱性印花的分散染料、烂花浆、糊料、助剂,使着色烂花色光鲜艳纯正,花型立体感强,,提出了印花工艺中的注意事项:①对花一定要对准,不停的观察花型;②前处理浆及时加进 1 号辊;③织物反面出现沾色时,立即打开水阀冲洗承压辊;④装卸花辊注意安全,花辊上的花型易坏,轻拿轻放不能碰撞;⑤及时刷辊,不使辊子粘毛严重;⑥加酸中和要及时;⑦烘车速度要及时调整等.

Abstract: The technological process, process parameters and formulations of colored coral fleece brunt-out
printing were introduced. The key factors affecting the quality of products during big production process was an- alyzed and some solutions were put forward. Colored burnt-out printing product with genuine hue, stereoscopic sensation and realistic effect of pattern, could be obtained through screening disperse dye of alkaline printing, burnt -out color paste, thickeners and assistants. The precautions during printing technological process were brought forward: ① design registration must be exact and pattern must be continuously observed; ② the pre- treatment solution should be added to Roll 1 in time; ③ water valve should be open to rinse the supporting roll as soon as the reverse side of fabric was stained; ④ be safe to load and unl
