妇科止血消痛颗粒对产后子宫复旧不全大鼠模型子宫MMP-9、TIMP-1mRNA表达的影响

【摘要】目的观察妇科止血消痛颗粒对产后子宫复旧不全大鼠子宫组织基质金属蛋白-9(MMP-9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-1 (TIMP-1)表达的影响,探讨妇科止血消痛颗粒治疗产后子宫复旧不全的机制。方法建立大鼠产后子宫复旧不全病理模型,随机分为模型组、产妇康组及妇科止血消痛颗粒高、中、低剂量组。造模第1日开始各给药组分别灌胃相应药物,空白组、模型组予蒸馏水灌胃。均每日1次,连续7 d。采用原位杂交法检测各组大鼠子宫组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1基因的表达水平。结果各组大鼠子宫内膜中均可检测到MMP-9和TIMP-1的杂交信号。模型组MMP-9表达强度明显超过空白组,TIMP-1表达弱于空白组。妇科止血消痛颗粒高、中、低剂量组及产妇康组,MMP-9 mRNA的表达明显降低(P<,P<);妇科止血消痛颗粒中、低剂量组与产妇康组MMP-9 mRNA的表达强度相似,但均低于妇科止血消痛颗粒高剂量组的表达强度
