摘要
第三方医药物流是一种专业化、社会化的物流体系,是医药流通领域中供方
和需方实体以外的企业提供物流服务的业务模式。第三方医药物流可以在医药流
通领域的基本环节发挥作用。其服务范围包括:以信息交换为基础,为医药企业
的部分或全部产品提供运输、仓储服务;进行区域配送、代收货款、代签协议等
增值服务;物流过程管理,供应链系统设计、优化,帮助医药企业规划、实施、
管理其自建的区域配送中心等综合性服务。针对当前我国的第三方医药物流企业
方兴未艾,有关第三方医药物流企业的内涵、功能、核心竞争力的构建和物流网
络规划等方面的研究还不深入,为此,本文研究了第三方医药物流企业的运作模
式和物流网络规划。
本文总结了我国医药物流、第三方物流及物流网络的研究现状;从医药生产
企业、医药批发企业、医药零售企业及医疗机构等角度分析了我国医药行业对第
三方医药物流的需求;在分析了第三方医药物流的内涵和功能的基础上,探讨第
三方医药物流企业的完全社会化、部分社会化的运作模式;分析了物流组织网络、
物流基础设施网络和物流信息网络三者有机结合而形成的物流服务网络结构形
式。论文由识别第三方医药物流企业的竞争优势入手,落脚于物流配送网络设计,
重点对配送中心选址的多种方法进行了研究,并以重庆 X 企业为例,采用蚁群算
法,进行物流配送中心选址的实例应用和科学验证。

ABSTRACT
Medical TPL is a kind of specialization and socialization logistics system. It is a
business mode offering logistics services provided by the enterprises that except
supplier and demander entity in medical circulation area. Medical TPL can exert action
in the basic fields of the medical circulation area. Its service range includes: offer
transportation and storage service for some or all products of medical enterprises based
on information exchange; provide value-added service, such as area distribution,
gathering, signing agreement, etc. Logistics process management and supply chain
design and optimization. Provide medical enterprises prehensive services, such
as layout, implement and management their self-built regional logistics center, etc. To
medical TPL enterprises of our country being in the ascendant at present, the research
about the intension, function and key construction with work planning, etc.
