摘要:周边地区在中国外交的总体布局中处于“首要”地位,中国在相当长的历史时期内属于地区大国与地区强国,也即周边地区大国,周边是中国国家利益对外而言的主要所在,也是中发展至关重要,目前周边态势和平稳定的因素进一步增强,但不利于和平稳定的因素仍然存在并时有激化,呈现出机遇与挑战并存的明显特征。为此,我发展的策略。
