摘要
本文从污泥脱水处理问题出发,对污泥进行了滚压式脱水机生产性污泥脱水
试验研究,并进行了污泥脱水性能指标的研究。滚压式脱水机是一种新型污泥脱水机,其脱水原理与传统污泥脱水机不同:
该脱水机通过转动的栅格与污泥通道中的污泥相互摩擦,污泥颗粒受到摩擦力和剪切力作用,从而使颗粒中水分得以除去。本文通过采用滚压式脱水机对多种城市污泥进行了生产性污泥脱水试验,结果表明:
①滚压式脱水机可适用于城市污水厂混合污泥的脱水,尤其适用于粪便污泥的脱水。②滚压式脱水机具有浓缩——脱水一体化的功能,可对不经浓缩的污泥进行脱水,并取得较好的脱水效果。应用于A2/O工艺可解决浓缩池污泥厌氧释磷的问题。③滚压式脱水机具有反冲洗简便、运行噪声低、耗电量低、自动化程度高和卫生条件良好等特点。
污泥脱水性能指标的研究是对滚压式污泥脱水机生产性脱水试验的深入研究,主要研究目的在于通过进行污泥比阻测试、污泥静态压滤试验和污泥流变性测试等单元测试研究和污泥脱水性能综合测试来综合分析污泥脱水性能,并对脱水性能参数进行分析和比较。
浓缩污泥和投加纤维污泥的脱水性能综合测试表明:静态压滤试验是一种方便可靠的污泥脱水性能模拟试验方法,静态压滤试验中泥饼Ts、净滤液体积和泥饼体积等三个参数对污泥脱水性能和脱水过程的反映趋势是一致的。污泥比阻和污泥流变性(粘度)在一定程度上可以反映实际污泥脱水性能和脱水过程的变化趋势,但均存在一定的延迟。污泥比阻和污泥流变性均不能全面地表示投加纤维的污泥的脱水性能。

Abstract
In this paper,a productive test of Rotary Sludge Dewatering Press and laboratory research of sludge dewateringability parameter are carried out.
Rotary Sludge Dewatering Press is a new type of sludge dewatering machine, whose dewatering principle is different from other traditional sludge dewatering machines:the rotary grid of the Rotary Press rubs against the wet sludge in the sludge chamber,and sludge particles are undertaken friction force and shear force,thus the particles are sludge used in the test includes:thickened mixed sludge, mixed sludge,primary sludge,secondary sludge and septic sludge.
The test shows that the rotary press can be applied to the dewatering of mixed sludge of the wastewater treatment plant,especially to the septic the rotary press can integrate concentrating and dewatering of sludge into one process. The rotary press has the excellence of low wash water requirements,low noise level, low power usage and being totally enclosed.
