国际互联网的用户在迅猛地增长,中国上网用户由1995年的一万户速增至2001年上半年的2650万用户。这增长速度是全世界范围的普遍现象。在美国、欧洲、日本、台湾、港澳及其它许多国家,网站系统已经成为公司立业不可缺少的重要组成部分。百分之九十以上的大小企业、学校、政府机关、服务业甚至酒吧都设法在热门网络上设立自己的网站,供数以百万计的人们前来参观、浏览和查询。中国及全世界的上网用户在未来几十年内还会迅速增加。您的企业要为这众多的民众、企业服务就必须建立自己的网站,在这信息的高速公路上宣传自己高效的工作。企业网站给客户、潜在客户,特别是大客户及海外客户,带来了便利的联系,增加了了解,增强了信任感。这些企业自然是他们要打交道的首选,没有网站的企业将失去越来越多的机会而最终被淘汰。

Abstract
With the rapid growth izens' number, the number izens in China jumped to twenty six million and five hundred thousand in the year of 2001 from ten thousand in the year of 1995. This rate of rise is a universal phenomenon to the whole website system has already became panies'essential constituent which make their survival in many countries such as US, Europe's, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and so on.
