【摘要】目的探讨补肾健脾生血法治疗贫血的疗效。方法将160例贫血患者随机分为两组,研究组110例,以补肾健脾生血法组方治疗(由熟地、阿胶、首乌、女贞子、枸杞子、黄芪、当归、菟丝子、仙灵脾、鸡血藤、蚕沙等组成);对照组50例,予复方阿胶浆治疗。均以2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。%,显著优于对照组的8%(P<),%,优于对照组的74%(P<);治疗后血Hb、RBC指数明显高于对照组(P<,P<);贫血临床证候及中医虚证的疗效显著优于对照组(P<,P<);两组均无药物不良反应。结论补肾健脾生血法治疗贫血疗效肯定,提升血象及改善临床证候与虚证证候效果显著。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic outes of anemia by means of invigorating the kidney, reinforcing spleen and generating A total of 160 patients ia . The tial group inistered the prescription of invigorating kidney, reinforcing spleen and generating blood (including prepared rhizome of rehmannia, Ejiao donkeyhide glue, privet, etc), oglobin and red blood cells after treatment ptoms and ore excellent in the tial group than in the control group (P<,P<). 贫血是临床常见的由不同原因或疾病所引起的一种综合征,近3年来,我们运用补肾健脾生血法治疗贫血110例,并与运用复方阿胶浆治疗贫血50例进行疗效比较,取得了满意的结果。现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料近3年本院门诊及住院患者共160例,随机分为研究组110例,运用补肾健脾生血法治疗;对照组50例,运用复方阿胶浆治疗。研究组110例中,男61例,女49例;年龄26~78岁,中位年龄63岁;轻度贫血40例,中度贫血61例,重度贫血
