关节镜在膝痛风性关节炎的诊断治疗价值

【摘要】目的探讨关节镜在膝关节痛风性关节炎诊断和治疗中的作用。方法对2000年4月至2006年1月用关节镜进行诊断和治疗的32 例膝关节痛风性关节炎患者进行回顾性研究。结果 32 例病人中有15 例术前即诊断为痛风性关节炎并在关节镜检查后确诊,另17 例术前未获诊断,术中发现并诊断痛风,所有的病例在关节镜下行清理术,术后予以药物治疗,随访3~31个月,疗效满意。结论以膝关节起病的急性痛风性关节炎并非少见,关节镜技术对膝关节痛风具有重要的诊断与治疗价值。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Knee Gout Arthritis under Arthroscopy WU Yuli, WU Haishan, LI Xiaohua, et al (Department of Orthopaedics, Changzheng Hospital, Shanghai 200003, China)
Abstract: Objective To study the role of the arthroscopy in the treatment and diagnosis of gout arthritis of the knee. Methods Thirtytwo cases with gout arthritis of the knee were diagnosed and treated under arthroscopy from April 2000 to January 2006. The experiences were analysed retrospectively and the therapeutic results were observed through a follow up. Results Before arthroscopy, fifteen cases were considered as gout arthritis, the other seventeen cases were given misdiagnosis. All the patients were diagnosed and given a debridment simutaneously under arthoscopy. Then, the patients were given postoperative systematic drugs therapy. The followup(ranged from 3 to 31 months) showed that all the patients acquired a satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusion The gout arthritis was not rare in the knee.
