乘用车雨刮器结构设计
摘要
雨刮器作为现代汽车上不可或缺的一部分,虽然结构小,但在汽车安全驾驶方面却起着及其重要的作用。雨刮器的主要功能主要是将前后挡风玻璃上的雨水、污泥刮刷干净,擦亮汽车的挡风玻璃,使乘用车司机获得的视野更加清晰,保障司机安全行驶,所以驾驶员的驾驶安全性与雨刮器的挂刷效果好坏有着直接的联系。为此,国标中对汽车雨刮器的工作性能制定了严格的标准,本文的工作正是基于此,对雨刮器的结构进行了设计。
首先,通过分析和计算确定A、B区域。然后分析雨刮器机械原理,通过计算确定雨刮器的布置和杆长的参数,对雨刮器进行参数的确定以及雨刮器输出轴位置的确定。最后调整雨刮结构和位置使得雨刮器的刮刷面积尽可能的大,通过改变结构使雨刮的刮刷效果得到改善。此次设计要求对乘用车的雨刮器的零部件的尺寸进行设计,确定雨刮器结构的尺寸和参数。再利用catia建立雨刮器的三维模型及其仿真运动,观察仿真运动,根据需要绘制结果图像,运用仿真结果,分析雨刮器的运动曲线。最后根据仿真运动中的不足进行优化设计,争取增加雨刮器的挂刷区域,为生产实际提供理论参考,力使消除死角,增加干净度,让司机不用为在恶劣天气情况下看不清前方的情况而产生烦恼,降低因雨刮引起的交通事故,保障行车安全提高幸福感。
