The novel is published in Paris in1948,it was his first ess,but he found his vocation when he adapted the story into a play,known in English as Camille,first performed was a very famous playwriter and novelist,one of the founders of the "problem play "as a matter of fact,he wrote this book exactly as it had told to him .That is to say , it was constantly ture.
the concept of the novel:
It says the main character Marguerite,a kept women in Paris in Mid 1800s,how to fall in love with a young,passionate man, deeply loved each she tried her best to turn Armond into the man she only had cried for in her crowned but empty kept woman she was,for the sake of Armond,she struggled to stay away from the life she had lived for so long in the past by no means.
However,happiness didn't last for Armond's father came to visit Marguerite,begging her for his son's future,out of deep love,she was transformed and made a selfless promise that she will leave Armond without telling him the truth why she ,she finally died in debt and basically alone before Armond ,she deeply believed that Armond would forgive her one day.

At last,it is proved that she was Armond learnt about the truth,he was extremely regretful and heartbroken .Wanting to move Maguerite to another grave as soon as possible was his way to see her again,regardless of his serious illness.
