[摘要] 目的:研究利用体外模拟方式测定阿魏酸微透析血液探针回收率的方法
及影响因素。方法:HPLC法测定阿魏酸的含量;回收率的测定采用增量法、减
量法及零净通量法;考察了探针回收率的日内稳定性,及灌流速度、阿魏酸浓
度、温度对探针回收率的影响。结果:探针回收率日内稳定性良好;回收率与
阿魏酸的浓度无关,与灌流速度成指数型负相关;温度越高,回收率越高;利
用零净通量法能准确地测定透析介质中阿魏酸的浓度及其回收率;增量法、减
量法及零净通量法测定的回收率一致。结论:微透析取样技术可用于阿魏酸的
药动学研究,减量法可作为体内微透析研究中阿魏酸回收率的测定方法。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the in-vitro determination method for the recovery
rate of ferulic acid in microdialysis probe and to investigate the influencing factors.
Methods: HPLC method was established to determine drug content in the dialysate.
The recovery rate of ferulic acid was detected by concentration difference method(by
gain and by loss) and flux method. Results: The recovery rate detected by
gain was the same as that by loss method; the recovery rate had no correlation with
the ferulic acid. The higher of the temperature, the higher the recovery was; and the

faster the perfusing rate, the lower the recovery was. Ferulic acid concentration and
recovery in the solvent could be determined accurately be flux method.
Conclusion: Microdialysis sampling can be used for the ic study of
ferulic acid and the recovery by loss can be used for the determination of recovery
rate of ferulic acid.
