【摘要】本文以零件图的绘制流程,加工工艺的制定,夹具设计等方面分析,并结合数控加工的特点,分别进行工艺方案分析,机床的选择,刀具加工路线的确定,数控程序的编制,最终形成可以指导生产的工艺文件。在整个工艺过程的设计过程中,要通过分析,确定最佳的工艺方案,使得零件的加工成本最低,合理的选用定位夹紧方式,使得零件加工方便、定位精准、刚性好,合理选用刀具和切削参数,使得零件的加工在保证零件精度的情况下,加工效率最高、刀具消耗最低。最终形成的工艺文件要完整,并能指导实际生产。

一、零件图的测绘
:
①材料及毛坯要求。
②表面粗糙度要求。
③尺寸公差、形状和位置公差。
④表面处理、镀、修饰、喷漆等要求。
⑤检测、验收、包装等要求。
①了解和分析测绘对象
首先应了解零件的名称、用途、材料以及它在机器(或部件)中的位置和作用;然后对该零件进行结构分析和制造方法的大致分析。
②确定视图表达方案
先根据显示零件形状特征的原则,按零件的加工位置或工作位置确定主视图;再按零件的内外结构特点选用必要的其它视图和剖视、剖面等表达方法。
③绘制零件草图
④对画好的零件草图进行复核后,再画零件图

生产纲领的大小对生产组织和零件加工工艺过程起着重要的作用,它决定了各工序所需专业化和自动化的程度,决定了所应选用的工艺方法和工艺装备。根据教材①中生产纲领与生产类型及产品大小和复杂程度的关系,确定其生产类型。
