1. 开头: 交代投诉信内容,表明写作目的。

2. 投诉内容

3. 要求

4. 询问
如果我寄回弄错的鞋子,你们公司会不会支付邮费?

5. 句子适当增加to one’s disappointment, unluckily, worse still, to make matters worse…等投诉信感情色彩的词或短语。
我所订的是一双黑色九号的鞋子,但我收到的是白色的8号鞋子。
What I ordered was a pair of black size-ninth shoes but to my disappointment, I received a pair of white, size-8 shoes instead.
更糟的是,交鞋的日子推迟了10天,本应该在4月10日收到的。
