摘要: 本论文重点分析傲慢与偏见中的爱情观并借此反映出19世纪的社会面貌。文中人物众多,性格各异,其行为与价值观差异显著。书中的爱情观大致可以分为四类,即情投意合型、互补型、物质型、盲目型。本论文会从书中列举的四种类型婚姻的代表情侣入手,从他们的物质财富、性格和感性方面并结合他们的相处方式进行评估分析,最终得出结论。

Abstract: Pride and Prejudice is one of the most popular novels in English literature. [1] Although the story is sat at the turn of the 19th century, it retains a fascination for modern readers. In the book, fortune and social status are frequently mentioned by people to judge a man and a good marriage. This paper makes an analysis of four marriages in Pride and Prejudice and discusses the deep outlook for their love and marriage in the light of social back ground at the time.
