摘要介绍了邯钢公司在 2250 热连轧生产线研制开发西气东输管道工程用 厚规格 X80 管线钢热轧板卷
的情况。通过设计合理的化学成分及冶炼、控轧控冷工艺,邯钢公司试制生产的 厚规格 X80 管线钢具有较
高的强度和良好的低温韧性,组织为针状铁素体型组织,夹杂物少,产品质量完全符合西气东输管道工程技术条件
要求。

Exploitation and Practice of High Strength Pipeline Steel for
Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project

Abstract This paper makes a brief introduce to the practice on exploitation of high strength thick X80 pipeline steel
for West to East Gas Pipeline Project in Hansteel 2250 strip production plant. The high strength thick X80 pipeline steel
of Hansteel-making manufactured by means of proper design on positions and Steel-making、Thermo-
mechanical Control Process possess high strength and excellent low temperature toughness,and its structure is acicular ferrite
admixture with little inclusion, the object of X80 quality all meet the requirements of specification of West to East Gas Pipeline
Project.

1 前言
现阶段,我国石油天然气长输管道建设正处于高峰期,在未来的几年内,将会建成 14 条油气输送管道,
形成“两纵、两横、四枢纽”气库的管道运输网。这不仅预示着国内管道用钢量将大幅度提升,也对管道建设
尤其是重大管线主线的安全性提出了更高的要求。因此,开发出 厚规格的 X80 高强度石油天然气管
道用钢,为国家重大油气输送管线
