摘要
过磷酸钙是由磷矿粉和硫酸起化学反应后制成的一种含磷的化学肥料。由于具有生产工艺简单,生产操作易于掌握;生产设备容易制造,投资较省;施用后见效快,增产显著等特点,使其在各种磷肥新品种不断涌现的情况下产销量仍然持高不下。本设计采用干法来生产过磷酸钙,原料矿与硫酸在混合机内进行混合,然后进入化成室再经过熟化、中和及造粒干燥后得到成品过磷酸钙。通过物料衡算、热量衡算以及设备选型设计出能符合国家标准的产品的工艺流程。

Abstract
calcium superphosphate (SSP) is a containing phosphorus chemical fertilizers which was made of phosphate rock and sulfuric acid from the chemical reactions because of the production process, and operation simple is easy to master;production equipment easy to make, invest save; It will e effective quickly after used, Increase notable and so on characteristics, so that Under the situation that the new various phosphate fertilizer breed springs up unceasingly ,production and sales remained stubbornly high. This design uses a dry process to produce superphosphate,the raw material ore and sulfuric acid carry mixture within blending machine, and then enter kasei room and curing and after drying and granulation to get finished superphosphate. Through material accounting、quantity of heat accounting and equipment chooses a type to designs a design which conform to the national standards product。
