随着我国市场经济的快速发展,企业之间的竞争愈加激烈。21 世纪是知识经济
时代,任何企业或组织要想在竞争中占领优势地位,就必须充分把握并利用好各种有
限的资源,包括人力、物力、财力、及市场信息等,以发挥其最大的效力。企业间的
竞争实际上就是人才的竞争,任何一个企业或组织的发展都离不开人力资源,因为其
他各种资源都必须在人力资源的使用与作用下才能发挥其最大效力。而人力资源规划
是企业各项人力资源管理活动的基础,也是企业总体战略规划的重要组成部分之一。
本文从人力资源着手,抓住人力资源规划这一管理环节,结合 X 公司的发展战
略及内外部环境等,对 X 公司人力资源规划的现状进行分析,并发现其存在的问题,
最终制定出一套适合 X 公司自身发展的人力资源规划的优化方案。帮助 X 公司在复
杂的市场经济环境下不断发展。

Human Resources Planning of pany
Abstract

petition panies is much increased by the rapid developing of
Chinese economy. 21st century is a period for knowledge. To take advantage of the
competition, pany must fully master and utilize all kinds of limited resources,
including human resources, financial resources, material resources and market
informations etc. Actually, petition panies is petition of the
talents. anization cannot survive without human resources, that’s because all the
other resources cannot e effective without human resources. However, human
resources planning is the basis of all the human resources management activities, and it’s
also one important part pany’s overall strategic planning.
This article focuses on human resources planning. Based on the internal and external
environment analysis of pany, it describes the current status of human resource
planning in pany, find the potential problems within pany, and finally
works out a better proposal on the human resource planning for pany, which will
help pany to grow stronger in the future.
