摘要:本设计遵照有关药厂设计有关规定,。本设计主要内容包括:制备方法、工艺流程、物料衡算、设备选型、厂房布局、空调系统选型以及“三废”的处理。在本设计中采用的仍是传统的制备方法,其主要包括制粒、干燥、整粒、灌装、抛光等工序。物料衡算根据设计任务年产量逆推,分别计算了每年、每天、每批以及每小时的任务量及相应待处理物料质量。设备选型则主要是根据物料衡算所计算的各步骤生产能力要求,且满足设计中的选择的各项技术要求,选择的各个设备的型号。在车间平面布置上,遵循了人流、物流相互分开,避免交叉污染的原则,同时兼顾方便生产,完成了车间布局设计。在空调系统选型上,通过计算不同洁净度车间所需空气流通量要求,选择了满足要求的集中式空调系统。在“三废”的处理上面本设计主要突出了环保、节能、经济的特点,在本设计中提供了运用生物处理的解决方案。通过上述思路完成了本次设计,该设计的完成极大地提高了自己综合运用各种知识的能力,极大地丰富了自己对胶囊剂车间的相关认识。

Abstract: In accordance with the relevant provisions of the relevant pharmaceutical design, pleted a 250 million / year Ganmaoqing capsules workshop design. This design mainly includes: Preparation methods, processes, materials calculation, equipment selection, workshop layout, air-conditioning system and "three wastes" treatment. This design still adopted the traditional preparing methods, which mainly include granulating, drying, pelletizing, filling, polishing and other processes. Materials calculation was based on backstepping design task , and we calculated the task of every year, every day, each batch , per hour ,and the corresponding quality of materials to be processed. Equipment selection was mainly based on the production capacity requirements of each step offered by material balance calculations , and I select each device model which can meet the technical requirements. On the workshop layout, I followed the principle that the flow of people and logistics separate from each other to avoid cross-contamination, at the same time take facilitating the production into account , finally pled the layout of the workshop.
