摘要
同质透心即从面到底,从上到下,都是同一种材质,同一种花色,且制作工艺简单,耐磨性较同种覆面材料来说要好,主要应用于制作较薄的材料。木塑复合材料具有环境友好,物理力学性能高等优点,广泛应用于建筑、家具装饰、包装运输等行业。研究和应用木塑复合材料对我国经济可持续发展具有极为重要的意义。本论文以木质纤维为原料,聚丙烯(PP)树脂和聚乙烯(PE)树脂为基体,采用人造板“热进冷出”平压工艺,制备出多种木塑复合材料,并对该材料进行物理力学性能分析,旨在寻求最佳组分配比。研究表明:在35%-40%的范围内,随着木纤维含量的增加,静曲强度、弹性模量上升,在40%-50%内下降,PP基木塑复合材料在木纤维含量在35%-40%内,冲击强度上升,在40%-50%内下降,而PE基木塑复合材料在木纤维含量在35%-50%内缓慢递减。结果表示木塑比为40:60,基体为PE,偶联剂是KH560时,木塑复合材料的综合性能最好。

Title Homogeneity through the surface to core wood fiber-posites preparation
Abstract:
Homogeneous hearts from the surface to the end, namely, from top to bottom are the same kind of material, the same kind of design and color, and the manufacture craft is simple, wear resistance is better than a same wrapping material, mainly used in making thinner material. Wood posite material is environment friendly, high physical and mechanical performance, etc, are widely used in building, furniture, decoration, packing and shipping industries. Research and application of wood posite for the sustainable development of economy of our country has very important significance. This thesis with wood fiber as raw materials, polypropylene resin (PP) and
polyethylene (PE) resin as matrix, and USES man-made board "hot in cold out" pressing process, the preparation of a variety of wood posite material, and the physical and mechanical properties of the material for analysis, aims to find the optimum process parameters and the ratio ponents. Research shows that: in the range of 35% to 40%, with the increase of wood fiber content, static music intensity, elastic modulus rise, fall within the 40% to 50%, PP based wood posite material in wood fiber content from 35% to 40%, the impact strength rise, fall in 40% to 50%, and PE wood posite material in wood fiber content from 35% to 50% in slow decline.
