Cherry blossom origins from China’s Hjmalayas(喜马拉雅山脉), and it is Japan’s national flower, which is most popular with Japanese people.
Japan’s cherry blossom has a wide variety, about 41,such as Yamazakura(山樱), Prunus subhirtella(日本早樱,又名彼岸樱) and so on. Each kind is different from other in shape and color .
Geographical characteristics can lead to different weather ,contributing to the different blossoming time .
It is much later from south to north.
