摘要
测绘科学技术的应用范围非常广阔,测绘科学技术在国民经济建设、国防建设以及科学研究等领域,都占用重要的地位,对国家可持续发展发挥着越来越重要的作用。数字化地图已广泛用于个测量单位,数字化地图的制图方法现已非常成熟并已被广泛用于设计各种工程施工图,在测量工作中,测量成果的数字化已成为各个设计单位测量人员的基本工作技能。
本文对巩义市城区1:1000数字地形测量进行了详细的技术设计。设计包括项目概况、测区概括、作业依据及软件、已有资料、基本控制测量和图根控制测量、地形测量和上交的成果及资料等七个方面的内容。重点是基本控制测量和图根控制测量以及地形测量。基本控制测量主要说明采用GPS进行四等平面控制和水准仪进行四等高程控制的作业流程和精度指标。图根控制主要论述图根导线、图根水准和GPS-RTK 图根的相关方面。地形测量主要阐述作业方法、地物取舍原则和图件制作方法。

Abstract
Surveying and mapping of science and technology is very wide application range, surveying and mapping of science and technology in national economic construction, national defense construction and scientific research fields, occupy an important position in national sustainable development, and plays a more and more important role. Digital map has been widely used in a unit of measurement, the mapping method of digital map has been very mature and has been widely used in engineering design, construction in the measurement of the digital measurement results, various design has e the basic units of measurement personnel working skills.
In this paper, Gongyi City 1:1000 digital topographic measurements of the detailed technical design. Design, including project profiles, general survey area, operating bases and software, the existing data, the basic control measurement and mapping control survey, topographic survey and the results and information turned over to the seven aspects of the content. Focus on basic control measurement and mapping control measurements, and topographic survey. Basic control measure for four major shows such as using GPS horizontal control and water level elevation for four other control processes and precision. Discusses the graph root control wires, Figure GPS-RTK root level and the relevant aspects of the root map. Ordnance Survey described the main way of operating, the feature maps to choose principle and production methods.
