UPLC测定紫金龙中8―deacetyl―yunaconitine的含量 [摘要] 目的建立紫金龙药材中8-deacetyl-yunaconitine的含量测定方法, 为其质量标准的建立提供科学依据。方法于2015年1―6月,选择贵州不同产地紫金龙药材21批,采用超高液相色谱(UPLC)的方法, 色谱柱Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱, 流动相为乙腈-%醋酸铵,梯度洗脱, mL/min,检测波长254 nm。记录8-deacetyl-yunaconitine的色谱峰面积。结果测定了21批不同产地的紫金龙药材, 8-deacetyl-%~ %。%,%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可以控制该药材的质量。 [关键词] 紫金龙;8-deacetyl-yunaconitine;UPLC;质量控制 [中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742(2016)09(b)-0110-03 [Abstract] Objective To develop an UPLC method for determination of 8-deacetyl-yunaconitine in Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. Methods 21 samples of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom from January to June 2015 in diffrent palces were selected. Analysis was carried out on a Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 analytical column , and eluted with a gradient solvent system of acetonitrile-% ammonium acetate as the mobile phaser. The detection wave length was set at 254 nm. The chromatographic peak area of 8-deacetyl-yunaconitine was recorded. Results The contents of in 21samples of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom were in the ranges of %~%. The average recovery rate was %, RSD Was %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and is suitable for the quality control of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.
