摘要:本文从临床实用角度探讨人类健康问题的分类,以及与现有调控措施的关联和优化,从而充分吸纳现有科研成果和经验,整合中西医资源。通过基于个人经验传承的主客观健康状态观控模型,探讨了把系统生物学的组学方法和中医“取象比类”、“四诊合参”等传统方法结合,设计了以模式识别和辨证为特点的富客户端电子病历平台,提出了一个我国中西医并存的医院信息系统的结构化病历的解决方案。并且介绍了在该平台上的老年病应用。
