Abstract: Pharmaceutical affairs management is the study of modern pharmacy management activity basic rule and general method of science, is a is developing a new discipline, is closely related to the pharmaceutical science, but to a large extent, has the nature of social science. It using the management science, sociology, economics, law and other disciplines to study medicine in the cause of the principle of the person, organization, system, law, economy and information, the study of politics, society, economy, culture and other factors on the influence of the pharmacy enterprise, explore the objective laws of pharmaceutical enterprise scientific management, to promote the development of medicine.
一、药事管理学的含义及内容
药事管理是指国家对药学事业的综合管理,是药学事业科学化、规范化、法制化的管理,涉及到药学事业的各方面(药品研制、生产、经营、价格、广告、使用等),形成较为完整的管理体系,现已发展成为我国医药卫生事业管理的一个重要组成部分。  
药事管理学是一门交叉学科,涉及到法学,管理学,还有经济学。法学是为指导我国已逐步进入法制社会,国家食品药品监督管理机关在执法过程中必须以法律的授权按法定的程序,执行相关的监管活动。而管理学、经济学为手段药事管理专业课程的另一个特点就是必须借鉴经济学、管理学的分析方法,这也就有别于其他传统的药学理论课(药剂学,药物分析,药理学等等)。也有别于普通的经济学、管理学,它是二者的有机结合。药事管理专业的一个重要组成部分就是在药学领域中的一些问题运用管理学、经济学的手段来分析。药事管理学科具有明显的社会属性,涉及到药学事业的各个层面,与药学活动有紧密的联系。缺乏药事管理的约束,药学活动就不能有秩序、有规律、公平合法地进行。任何药学工作者都离不开这门学科的指导。
