关于家庭农场的成本—收益研究
摘要:伴随着城镇化的进行,可耕种土地逐渐减少,农村剩余劳动力涌向城市,传统农业向现代农业转变任重而道远,家庭农场作为新晋农业经营主体因此备受关注。本文在总结了目前家庭农场的发展状况下,对家庭农场进行实证研究,分析经营家庭农场的成本和收益,并运用回归分析探讨影响家庭农场利润率的因素。在此基础上,结合实证研究中家庭农场现实运作的困境和障碍,提出提高家庭农场利润、促进家庭农场协调发展的相关建议,以期能帮助家庭农场更完善的发展。

A Study on the Cost-benefit of Family Farm

Abstract:Be along with the urbanization, the arable land decrease, surplus rural labor flock to the city, the transition from traditional to modern agriculture shoulder heavy responsibilities, family farm as a new agricultural management subject therefore much attention. This paper summarizes the current status of family farms under development, empirical research on the family farm, analysis operating costs and benefits of family farms, and use regression analysis to explore factors that affect the family farm profitability. On this basis, combined with the difficulties and obstacles family farm in empirical research on practical operation, put forward some proposals to increase the family farm profits, promote it coordinated development, with a view to help it got a better development.
