摘要
本工程位于广东省肇庆市端州区,第一幢为地上20层,地下1层,,,;地下室为车库,首层为商铺住宅等,二~四层为2~4层为商业、住宅,五~二十层均为主宅单元。第二幢为地上18层,地下1层,,,;地下室为车库,首层为住宅、架空层等,二~十八层均为主宅单元。在已有施工图纸的情况下进行施工组织设计,主要包括施工总体部署、施工进度计划管理、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量控制、安全生产保证措施、文明施工措施,并相应的进行了进度计划安排。
本施工组织设计是根据施工任务和建筑对象, 对全部施工活动所作的纲领性安排, 它具有很强的技术性和综合性,对施工过程起到指导和控制作用, 在一定的资源条件下实现工程项目的技术经济效益。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地,节约成本等条件,编制出针对性的施工组织设计,每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求,编制出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设,控制工程成本,创建优质工程。

Abstract
