[摘要]目的:通过对某综合医院护理人员开展现状调查,总结出发生锐器伤的原因并探讨其有效的防护对策。方法:本研究采用问卷调查法对某综合医院全体护士发生锐器伤的情况进行全面调查。结果:%。%没有戴手套,%的人未采取任何措施,%,%,%的人曾经汇报给有关部门。结论:应加强护理人员锐器伤的安全教育,提高自我防护意识,同时改善工作环境,并建立完善的监督管理机制。只有开展综合性的防护措施,才能有效降低护理人员锐器伤的发生。

Research on the status and protection countermeasures of sharp instrument injuries among nurses in a general hospital
[Abstract] Objective: investigate the present situation of the nursing staff in a general hospital, summary the reasons of sharp instrument injury and explore the effective protective measures. Methods: This study uses a questionnaire survey to conduct prehensive investigation about the nurses’ injuries caused by sharp instruments in the general hospital. Results: the incidence of sharps instrument injuries is %. % of the nurses who have Sharps instrument injuries don’t wear gloves. After the injuries occurring, % persons don’t take any measures, only % persons check the test results of the patients, only % do the hepatitis B virus detection, % persons have been reported to the relevant departments.
