本次设计主要是对普通卧式升降台铣床的主轴箱的设计,设计的内容包括运动设计,动力设计,结构的设计。
在运动设计中,根据给定的机床参数,用途,分析典型工艺的切削用量,拟定传动方案,确定结构形式,画转速图,并演算转速误差,画传动系统图,计算带轮直径和齿轮齿数。
在动力设计中,根据电动机功率,确定各传动件的计算转速,估算各轴经,齿轮模数,确定齿轮结构尺寸;完成装配草图后,验算主要传动件的刚度和寿命。其中对主轴箱中的主轴做了详细的设计。
在结构设计中主要对传动轴系,变速机构,主轴组件,操纵机构,换向和制动装置,箱体,润滑和密封等的布置和结构进行设计,然后将各主要零件的图绘制出来。
