基于低碳经济的绿色消费意识及其培育
摘要:自人类社会产生以来,消费与生态环境之间就有着千丝万缕的联系。发展低碳经济、提高消费者绿色消费意识、改变不合理消费已成为人类为走向可持续发展道路要的一项重要研究课题。随着全球人口和经济规模的不断增长,能源使用带来的环境问题及其诱因不断地为人们所认识。各种环境问题的凸显使得绿色消费应运而生,引导消费者理性、文明、节约的消费观念,倡导绿色消费已经迫在眉睫。本文从低碳经济背景分析入手,分析了低碳经济的特征及我国绿色消费面临的困境,并从行政机关、企业、社会三方面提出了我国绿色消费意识培育的措施。希望能为进一步转变经济增长方式,培育消费者绿色消费意识,创新消费价值观,提高人民生活质量,促进生态系统和经济社会系统的和谐及可持续发展,提供理论支持。

Research on the Cultivation of Green Consumer Consciousness Based on Low Carbon Economy
Abstract :Consumption and ecological environment have been closely related since human society . Development low-carbon economy, improving consumer green consumption consciousness, change irrational consumption has e a human for moves towards the road of sustainable development to an important research topic. Along with the global population and economic scale continuous growth,energy use of the environmental problems and the incentive constantly known by people. Environmental issues of highlights make green consumption arises at the historic moment, guide consumers rational, civilization, save consumption idea, and advocating green consumption is imminent. This article from the background of the low carbon economic and the author analyzed the characteristics of low carbon economy in China and green consumption, then from the plight of ans, enterprises and social three proposes green consumption consciousness cultivation measures. It hopes that mode to further change economic growth mode, foster consumers green consumption consciousness, innovation consumption values, and improve the people's living quality, promote ecosystem and the economic and social system of harmonious and sustainable development, and to provide theoretical support.
