摘要
作为英语文本的一个分支,商务英语文本具有很强的专业性,同时也具有其独特的特征和翻译原则。掌握这些特点与原则,可以帮译者提高翻译质量同时增强对英汉文本的理解。
本文选定商务文本作为研究对象,试图从商务文本的重要性、定义和文体特点出发,锁定商业信函、商务合同、商务广告这三种具有代表性的文本作为探究对象,分析和探讨用词、句型对商务文本内容理解的影响。得出个人所建议的商务文本的翻译原则:商务信函应该遵循“形式规范、内容准确、措辞得体”的翻译原则;商务合同应该遵循“忠实原义”的翻译原则;商务广告应该遵循“功能相似”的翻译原则。
同时加强中外经济合作与交流,减少中外经济交往合作中不必要的误解。

On Business Text Translation Principles

Abstract
As a branch of English text, all kinds of business English text are specialized, also have unique features and translation principles. Mastering these features and principles help translator to improve the quality of translation and to strengthen prehension of texts between English and Chinese.
This paper takes business text translation principles as the research object and tries to start with the importance, definition and stylistic features of business text, Meanwhile choose business letter, business contract and business advertisement the three representative texts as the explorative objects and analyzes the influence of phrases and sentences used in business texts. At last, it draws a conclusion that there are some suggested translations principles of business text as follows: Business Letter should follow the translation principle on “get standard form, correct content and appropriate words”, Business Contract translation should “get the same meaning of the original text “and Business Advertisement translation must “get same function of the original text”.

随着经济全球化的迅速发展,国际间的商务交往活动日趋频繁,中国加入世界贸易组织之后,与
