摘要
近年来,按照国务院节能减排综合性工作方案的统一部署,财政部、住房城乡建设部在全国范围内开展国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑的能耗统计、能源审计、能效公示工作,在部分省市开展公共建筑能耗动态监测平台建设试点,取得了良好效果,为节能量审核、制定能耗定额、建立能效交易机制提供有力支撑,充分激发了节能改造市场需求。
LonWorks技术是美国Echelon公司于1990年12月推出的一种现场总线技术。LON(work)为局部操作网络,具有现场总线技术的一切特点,在国际和国内都得到越来越广泛的应用。
本文所提到的LH-1000建筑能源监管平台就是采用Lonworks技术,及时为建筑、交通等领域提供用能数据,分析用能状况,为隐患的损耗和浪费能源提供了数据以及根据,也为节能减排工作做好了扎实的准备。

Abstract
In recent years, in accordance with state council energy saving emission reduction plan unified arrangements, and the ministry of finance and the housing rural construction in the national scope in the office building and national large-scale public buildings the energy consumption of the statistics, energy audit, energy efficiency public work, in some provinces and cities and public building energy consumption in the dynamic monitoring pilot platform construction, and achieved good results, energy audit, formulated for quarter energy consumption quotas, set up trading mechanism to provide strong support for energy efficiency, fully arouse the energy saving transformation market demand.
LonWorks technology is the United States pany in December 1990 launch of the fieldbus technology. LON (work) for local work, with all the characteristics of field bus technology, and in the international and domestic are applied more and more.
This article mentioned LH-1000 building energy regulation is the Lonworks technology platform, in time for the construction, transportation, etc with can provide data, this paper analyzes can use situation, for the danger of loss and waste of energy and according to provide the data, but also for energy conservation and emission reduction work done solid preparation.
