上海航空公司航空联盟常旅客计划合作研究

摘要

常旅客计划是航空公司吸引和保留旅客的竞争手段。航空公司之间
的常旅客计划合作,结合代码共享,增加了对旅客的吸引力。航空联盟
形式的常旅客计划合作,使航空公司对客户的争夺扩展到了联盟的层次
上。本文专门研究常旅客计划合作问题。
本文首先论述快速发展的中国民航运输业,走向世界的中国航空公
司。通过翔实的数据说明了中国航空运输业正在崛起,成为世界航空大
国,并逐步走向世界民航业强国。接着研究了航空联盟主要业务模式-
代码共享和常旅客计划合作模式。详细论述了上航星空联盟常旅客合作
项目、常旅客计划和常旅客计划合作的效益模型,给出了详细的常旅客
计划和常旅客计划合作的成本、效益计算公式。
本文还研究了旅客乘机行为和选择航班的因素,指出航空公司不能
依赖于常旅客计划的“刺激”作用,而应该做好旅客最看重的安全、时
刻、服务等要素。在研究常旅客计划合作博弈问题时应用了两人讨价还
价模型,论述了在不同情况下的博弈过程和结果,提出了处于弱势方的
策略。还特别研究了上航加入星空联盟的常旅客计划合作博弈及改进策
略。对上航常旅客计划及合作的相关业务问题也作了研究并提出了改进
建议和方案。

SHANGHAI AIRLINES IN AIRLINE ALIIANCE



ABSTRACT


Frequent Flyer Program is the petitive method
between airlines to attract and hold the passengers; the FFP between airlines,
plus the code share flights, increases the airlines’ attractiveness to the
customers. The FFP based on the alliance of airlines, makes the scramble of
customers extending into the level of different alliances. This thesis focuses
on the cooperation problem of FFP.
At first, this thesis will discuss the civil aviation transportation in China
which is developed rapidly, and the Chinese airlines who is taking its place in
the world; the detailed data in this thesis can prove that, Chinese aviation
transportation is rising, and China is ing the great aviation power in the
world. And then the thesis discuss the main business mode in alliance: such
as code share flight, Frequent Flyer Program, and also gives a great detail in
the project of FFP cooperation between Shanghai Airlines and Star Alliance,
and the profit model, cost model, benefit calculation formula of this project
has been given.
