摘要�
论文对中部崛起中的国有经济问题进行了研究,主要分析了国有经济在中部崛起中的地
位和作用,提出了搞好国有经济促进中部崛起的相应对策。全文共�章。�
第�章导言部分,论述了选题依据,提出研究方法。第�章研究国有经济与中部崛起的
相关性,首先分析研究了中部崛起的相关背景,之后通过对东、中、西部国有经济情况进行
比较分析,得出我国区域经济发展中的一个经验型结论:经济发展整体水平愈高,国有经济
相对比重虽然下降,但国有经济绝对数量较大,国有企业规模较大。因而,中部崛起必须把
搞活国有经济作为一项先导性的重点工作。第�章进一步对区域经济理论进行研究,明确国
有经济在中部崛起中的功能作用,并对国有企业改革相关理论进行了分析研究。第�章对策
研究部分,提出了振兴中部国有经济促进中部崛起的相应对策。第�章论述了中部崛起是系
统工程,探讨了中部崛起的系统协调机制。第�章提出了论文的研究结论。�
论文侧重于国有资本所有者的视角和宏观政策层面的研究,对国有企业微观研究分析较
少,今后对这一课题的研究可在企业微观层面进一步深入。�

Abstract
This thesis researches on the state sector of economy in the rising of
middle China. It analyses the status and the function of the state sector of
economy in the rising of middle China, and mainly proposes the relevant
countermeasure that does well the state sector of economy to promote
the rising of middle China. The thesis consists of 6 chapters.
Chapter 1 is the introduction. In this section, it discusses the basis of
proposition and put forward the research method. In chapter 2 it
researches the relevance between the state sector of economy and the
rising of middle China. This section in the first place analyses the relevant
background of the rising of middle China, es to a experiential
conclusion that the higher the overall level of economy development, the
more the absolute quantity of the state sector of economy, the bigger the
scale of the state-owned enterprise, although the relative proportion
declines,with the result that the rising of middle China must attach
importance to do well the state sector of economy. In chapter 3 it further
researches the region economy theory, makes clear the function of the
state sector of economy in the rising of middle China, and analyses the
related reform theory of the state-owned enterprise. Chapter 4 is the
countermeasure research section; it advances the relevant
countermeasure th
