2011级新生,暂时不清楚学生的具体英语基础如何,根据以往教学的经验,学生的基础比较差,所以应注意授课的进度和内容多少。

两个warm-up练习能有效地激发学生的兴趣,了解一些与商务接待有词汇。Text A除了学习英语基础知识,还可让学生了接待的常识,有助于以后的职业生涯。
