【摘要】随着社会经济不断发展,人们生活水平不断提高,人们追求的物质越来越多样化,与此同时由于经济发展所造成的贫富差距的不断加大。使得各种侵财犯罪大量发生,其中盗窃犯罪案在全部侵犯财产的犯罪案件中所占的比例最大,而入室盗窃案件更是一种最为常见的盗窃案件,当前入室盗窃犯罪已呈现出新的特点,并趋于团伙化、系列化、专业化、智能化。然而,我们对此类犯罪的打击和防范工作却存在很多漏洞和不足。如何能够有效的遏制住这股犯罪的势头是刑侦部门亟待解决的问题。因此本论题将从入室盗劫案件的概念、盗窃案件的特点及入室盗窃案件的防范进行浅析。对盗窃案件的深入研究,将对侦破盗窃案件、保护公私财产、维护社会稳定和谐具有重要的现实意义。
