反应器的工作原理、设计要求,并进行了大量的设计计算,确定了其结构尺寸和运行条件,为了使本设计更具实用性,还对主反应器进行了有关强度、结构方面的尝试。经过完整的摘要:简述了目前制药行业的生产状况、废水来源及水质特点,介绍了国内制药废水处理领域常用的工艺及发展现状。针对本设计给出的红霉素生产废水水质水量变化大,悬浮物浓度高,含有难生物降解及有毒物质的特点,提出了采用上流式厌氧污泥床反应器加内循环好氧生物流化床进行处理的组合工艺。分析了处理工艺中各主要工艺处理,出水水质将会得到明显改善,并可达到《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。

Abstract: this paper introduces the productive status, sources of wastewater and characteristics of wastewater in the pharmacy at present, summarises mon process and the progress in the field of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment. Because the erythromycin wastewater characteristics and flow varies greatly, often has a high SS concentration, contains substances which is toxic and difficult to biological degradation, this paper introduces bination process of an Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket and an Internal Circulation Aerobic Biological Fluidized Bed. The author Analyses principles of the main reactor and design requirements, and confirms the reactor sizes of configuration and work conditions through a lot of calculation. In order to make this paper practicable, we design intensity and configuration of the main reactors, too. Through this process, we think the effluent would be purified and may achieve the first criterion.

随着医药工业的发展,制药废水已经成为严重的污染源之一。制药工业废水主要包括四种:抗生素工业废水;合成药物生产废水;中成药生产废水;各类制剂生产过程的洗涤水和冲洗废水。由于药物品种繁多,在药物生产过程中,需使用多种原料,生产工艺又比较复杂,因而废水组成也十分复杂,其处理难度也比较大。
