摘要
公路工程项目质量控制是一个复杂的系统工程,因此在公路工程项目质量控制中既要理顺质量、投资、工期三者之间的辩证关系,又要因地制宜、抓住重点,并结合实际情况不断完善和改进公路工程项目质量控制措施与办法。本文结合国家高速公路质量要求及全国高速路建设案例,对河北省承德市高速路建设的质量进行陈述、分析。对高速路建设的质量管理主要从建设前期、中期和后期三个阶段抓起。抓好前期工作是建设好高速公路的基础;在施工工程中坚持质量第一原则;高速路后期质量的养护工作。本文根据公路工程项目质量的内涵及其形成过程、影响因素、及其质量控制的特点,提出了公路工程项目质量控制的基本原理,并分析了项目实施过程中各个阶段质量控制的要点及对策。在此基础上,对河北省高等级公路工程项目质量控制进行实证研究,针对现存质量问题,分析其深刻成因,提出了现阶段加强公路工程项目质量控制的措施。

ABSTRACT
