仰斜半截石位腔内泌尿技术治疗尿路多发性结石 [摘要] 目的探讨仰斜半截石位腔内泌尿技术治疗尿路多发性结石的安全性、可行性及有效性。方法回顾性分析我院收治的32例尿路多发性结石患者在仰斜半截石位下采用腔内泌尿技术ⅰ期的治疗过程,并与采用传统的体外震波碎石治疗的32例患者进行比较。结果采用仰斜半截石位腔内泌尿技术治疗组患者平均手术时间、平均hcg下降值、碎石成功率及结石清除率均优于体外震波碎石组(p < )。两组均未出现严重并发症。结论仰斜半截石位腔内泌尿技术治疗尿路多发性结石是一种安全、高效、可行的治疗方法。 [关键词] 仰斜半截石位;腔内泌尿技术;尿路多发性结石 [中图分类号] r699 [文献标识码] b [文章编号] 1673—9701(2012)27—0142—02 endourological technique in treatment of multiple urinary calculus in oblique half lithotomy position chen zhiguo liao chengming yu jian hu dong zhang peng department of urology,zhaohe hospital of liling city in hunan province,liling 412200,china [abstract] objective to investigate the safety, feasibility and validity of endourological treatment of multiple urinary calculus in oblique half lithotomy position. methods all 32 patients with multiple urinary calculus who were in hospital were performed endourological treatment in ⅰstage in oblique half lithotomy position,and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. the results pared with 32 controls who were adopted extracorporeal shock wave. results there were significant difference in mean operation time,average level of hcg, the ess rate of fragmentation and total stone clearance rate between endourological treatment in ⅰstage in oblique half lithotomy position group and control group (p < ).both groups no plications happen. conclusion endourological treatment of multip
