基于无线传输模块的单片机与PC的通信
(硬件部分)
摘要
本设计将温湿度传感器采集到的温度和湿度数据通过无线数据传输模块传输,并实现数据点对点的收发以及单片机与PC机之间的通信。
因为设计需要用到两个串口以及为了简化操作,采用宏晶单片机公司生产的STC12C5A06S2系列单片机为微控制芯片,利用其中一个UART接口通过

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SCM AND PC BASED
ON WIRELESS TRANSMISSION MODULE
(HARDWARE)
ABSTRACT
This design is to obtain and send the data of temperature and humidity which is collected by Humidity and Temperature Sensor through wireless transmission module, and to realize the aim of munication between SCM (Single-Chip puter) and PC (puter) as well as the . In order to simplify the operation, we prefer the advanced type of SCM of 51 series. Because this system needs two UART (full-duplex asynchronous serial ports), we choose the STC12C5A06S2 SCM produced by Hongjing SCM Corporation as the micro-control chip, we transmit the data of collected by the temperature and humidity sensor chip, DHT11, with UART through FC-211AP wireless data to another one or more wireless data transmission module, which sends the data to SCM. The SCM send the data to PC through another UART. The PC displays, collects and store the data through the UART software. To enhance the flexibility of this design of the systemic board, we add some exterior expanding circuit with some assisted functions, such as the DS1302 clock circuit, E2PROM (memorizer circuit), LED digital display circuit (including LCD1602, LCD12864) , buzzer circuit, and the I/O port expansion circuit, etc. Thus we can make full use of the inner resource of SCM and have much better efficient of this system through the expansion of the above functions.
Firstly,we use the software of PROTEL and drawing of the schematic for the PCB (Printed Circuit Board), we manage to solve all kinds of problems one by one in the course of this debugging and welding process. Finally, each module of the circuit in the design works well and can absolutely satisfy the aim and demand of this design.
