摘要:异丁烯作为一种重要的化工原料,主要用作聚异丁烯单体,丁基橡胶,叔丁基苯酚,合成农药等的原料,尤其大量用于制甲基叔丁醚、甲基丙烯酸及酯类。炼油厂的混合碳四,橡胶厂的抽余碳四(SBB)中均含有大量的正丁烯和异丁烯,℃,用常规蒸馏方法难以将其分离,经常直接用作燃料烧掉,成了一定的浪费。本次设计将分离碳四中的异丁烯及其他组分,然后以离子交换树脂为催化剂,将抽余碳四烃中的异丁烯与水化合成叔丁醇,是一种较好的利用碳四烃的方法。
